This medium roast unites two distinctive characters: the natural/sun-dried Blend 16 UP from Apas coffee in bringing dark chocolate depth, almond and cashew notes and a persistent caramelized sweetness paired with the bright, citrusy elegance of Coopetarrazú's fully washed coffee from Costa Rica's celebrated Tarrazú region. Together they create a cup that's rich and rounded, yet clean and vibrant.
