Carefully crafted combination of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Costa Rica, designed for coffee lovers who appreciate balance, sweetness, and clarity in their cup. This medium roast unites two distinctive characters: the natural/sun-dried Blend 16 UP from Apas coffee in bringing dark chocolate depth, almond and cashew notes and a persistent caramelized sweetness paired with the bright, citrusy elegance of Coopetarrazú's fully washed coffee from Costa Rica's celebrated Tarrazú region. Together they create a cup that's rich and rounded, yet clean and vibrant.

About the Producers

Apas Coffee Cooperativa dos Produtores do Alto da Serra, founded in 2006, organizes smallholder producers in Minas Gerais's Sul de Minas / Mantiqueira de Minas region, supporting fairer pricing and running social and environmental initiatives.

Coopetarrazú R.L. founded in 1960 in San Marcos de Tarrazú, has grown from 228 to roughly 4,500 associate members, and is committed to environmentally responsible milling and processing in Costa Rica's world renowned Tarrazú growing region.
