About Sigri Estate:
Established in the Wahgi Valley of Papua New Guinea, Sigri Estate is known for producing high-quality Arabica coffee at elevations between 1,550 and 1,600 meters above sea level. The estate focuses on meticulous harvesting and processing techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch. All coffee cherries are handpicked when fully ripe and undergo a controlled fermentation process, followed by thorough washing and an extended soaking period. This careful approach enhances the coffee’s complexity and clarity, making Sigri one of the most respected coffee growing estates in the region.
Processing Method:
This Papua New Guinea Sigri microlot follows a washed processing method to highlight its clean and smooth flavor profile. After handpicking, cherries are pulped and undergo a three day fermentation process with daily washing. Once fermentation is complete, the beans are soaked for an additional day to enhance their brightness and refinement. The coffee is then dried for 21 days, ensuring an even moisture balance. The final stages include color sorting and hand grading, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Got is a replacement for big bag of grinded coffee. It's working fine, coffee is smooth and works perfectly during a hotel stay, on trail and in the office when coffee machine is broken :)

I brought it to the office one day to compare it with our office coffee, and I can honestly say it's much better. The instructions are clear, it's easy to use. Beautiful aroma, the taste is excellent and overall it was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely get some more.
