3. How do I brew a perfect cup with a drip bag?

   - Open the sachet and unfold the drip bag handles over your cup.
   - Pour hot water (92-96°C) in three stages allowing the coffee to bloom and fully extract its flavors.
   - The entire process takes less than 2 minutes, giving you a rich, aromatic cup of coffee in no time.

5. What is the shelf life of Basler Drip Bag Coffee?

While coffee can technically be stored for up to 24 months after roasting, we recommend consuming our drip bag coffee within 12 months for the best flavor and freshness.

6. Where do you source your coffee from?

We carefully select our coffee from some of the world’s best coffee growing regions. Each product has a detailed description that includes information about the origin, variety, altitude, and processing method. For more details, please refer to the specific product pages on our website.

7. What decaffeination method do you use for your decaf coffee?

We use the Carbonic Natural™ decaffeination process, which gently removes caffeine using natural carbon dioxide while preserving the coffee’s rich aroma and complex flavors. Unlike chemical-based methods, this process keeps the coffee pure and flavorful.

8. Can I subscribe to regular deliveries of Basler Drip Bag Coffee?

We are currently working on a subscription service that will allow you to receive your favorite drip bag coffee on a regular basis. If you're interested, sign up for our newsletter or contact us to be the first to know when it becomes available!

9. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only sell and ship within Switzerland. However, if you're interested in our products outside this region, feel free to contact us we’ll be happy to assist you!

10. How can I store my drip bag coffee for maximum freshness?

Store your drip bags in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. There’s no need to refrigerate them just keep them sealed until you're ready to brew!
